Immunity for official acts, not private acts.
So if the prez gets caught with meth for personal use, he can still be prosecuted.
But if he has Navy Seal Team kill an opponent he cannot be proecuted as long as it's an officiail act.
Both examples are extreme and very unlikely to happen.

However, Immunity or not, the prez can still be impeached and removed from office which I certainly hope would happen if the prez is caught with meth for personal use or tries to kill an opponent.

Actually the court ruled. "absolute immunity for official acts'.

The usual libs voted as expected 6 to 3 vote.
