If billionaires were to pay taxes at all it would be a start. Begin by closing the loopholes Trump boasted of using, then make them pay a tax proportionate to their earnings. Eliminate sales tax except on luxury items.

Leftists have no end of grandiose proposals that somehow never get ensconced into policy.
