Law enforcement scramble to find motive for 14 yr old shooter

The parent(s) may face charges subject to Georgia law. They were visited by law enforcement when the kid made threats at age 13. The father reportedly said he only had hunting guns but the kid couldn't access them. The news media says he used an AR style rifle in the shooting.
