When adjusted for inflation? Isn't the whole point to show how much inflation has increased in the last three years?

And if you move the decimal just one space it becomes .57 or 57 cents. or if you turn the two 9's upside down it becomes 5.66 or maybe if you adjusted your mindset it would tell the truth.

I'd like to know... it seems like people are just making up numbers. I think it might have been $3.99 sometime around 2001...
Inflation adjusted, $6.99 today is equivalent to $5.70 in 2019. So if it was $5.99 or more then today's price is lower after adjusting.
If it was $3.99 or $4.99, though, then that would show that KFC raised their price above inflation.

That really is kind of interesting. We know that places were price gouging for the last few years, with Tyson being one of the worst. So it really DOES seem like they just jacked up the price because they could.

People are going on and on recently about KFC having raised their prices on chicken livers.
I don't think that livers are on the official menu so they don't show up online, but I see that the KFC in Lenoir has a delivery place and they list a liver meal with 2 sides for $6.99...
Can any of you show how much this meal really cost in 2019? Don't just say what you think, I'd like to see proof... an online menu from 2019, even a receipt from where you bought it...
