Inflation is caused by creating money at a rate of one trillion dollars every 100 days backed up by nothing which by the minute makes our money worth less and less. Over regulation and taxation on just about everything creates less of a supply of goods which in turn increases the prices. We are headed for complete collapse and it's intentional so they can come to our "rescue" with central bank digital currency which can be cut off if you don't behave in a way the government likes and has an expiration date which means if you do not spend it in a certain amount of time you lose it, which prevents the accumulation of any wealth. That's why a man needs to have gold, silver, medicine, guns, ammo, tools, and a relationship with Jesus Christ. This is not entirely correct, though, is it?

We've all seen the good old boys get together to determine today's gas prices. In an ideal world, yes, they would compete... but that's not what happens.

And the same has been happening with the meat industry, when you have a small number of large businesses that have a near monopoly. They agree to increase their prices to well above market value, and no one has a choice but to go along with it.

Are you suggesting that "government overreach" was responsible for the gas companies and food producers increasing their prices beyond market value, contributing to mass inflation?

That has nothing to do with the topic... you said that her answer was a "flop" and a "salad," but it's perfectly understandable. So your opinions don't make sense.

To answer your implied question of, how could she have new ideas but wouldn't have done anything differently? I haven't read her interview in context, just the extremist site that you provided. But I can imagine that the simple answer is that she couldn't have done anything differently because the last 4 years were spent trying to recover from Trump's economy and working with a Republican Congress. But now the economy has improved, so she can move forward with new plans.

Ironically, hasn't the GOP been demanding that the government control some industries because they think the prices are too high? Like gas prices?

It's my understanding that the policy suggested has been to allow the President to declare a national state of emergency, which would then let them prevent price gouging during those times... which is the same that governors can do on a state level.

Are you saying that you do not think that the government should be able to enforce anti-gouging laws, allowing for higher gas, utility, and food prices during emergencies?
