That still doesn't give her any legal powers.

As President she could have written Executive Orders, and made suggestions to Congress. As VP she doesn't have the authority to write EOs, and as an outgoing official she has no power to make suggestions to Congress.

Trumpsters have always ignorantly assumed that politicians are genies that can snap their fingers and make things happen... they have never understood government policy, and probably never will. It's not even worth the time I spent typing it.
