Conrad, What's weird is you're still saying Ahnold signed this into law in 2010 when it did not become law until 2014.

It's really weird. Since Conan signed this into law in 2010 - and it was affirmed by voters four years later - conservatives have flipped on it. Wonder why?

It makes me chuckle when liberal defund the police politicians get robbed and the police don't even show up.

It seems the right is only concerned about poor people's crimes and support RNC's Presidental crimes.

Regardless of who's fault it is, Ahnold DID NOT sign it, he had been out of office 3 years before it was signed into law.

hahahaha! I LOVED his book - if you get the chance to get it, do the audiobook. He reads it- very inspiring ☺
One of the things I found most interesting about his time as Governor of CA is the fact that he asked his aides to take all partisan affliation off the resumes of people he was interested in working with, and he worked with a lot of Democrats, to the grand consternation of the people in the CA GOP.
Honestly, it would be nice to see more politicians try to work with anyone, regardless of party, who has a good idea that would help US. Rabid partisan behavior is not good for either party.

So he signed it AND the citizens voted for it, but its still Kamala's fault?
Got it.

Conrad's, Not semantics, Regardless of what Ahnold signed in 2010 or who supported it, Proposition 47 DID NOT become law until after it was voted in by the voters in November 2014.

At this point, you're discovering I'm telling you the truth. A little bit of semantics is all you have left to save face. But you're complaining about a law signed by Governor Conan. And now...you know it.

Conrad, So you admit Ahnold DID NOT sign Proposition 47 into law as you originally asserted.

See, those thresholds were NOT a new state law. They had been signed into law in 2010 by Governor Conan.
I can't make this any clearer for you.

No.
Assembly Bill 2372 was passed by the California Legislature in 2010, and signed into law by Conan. This is what the law is regarding the thresholds you are concerned with.
Prop 47 was affirmed four years later by the voters.
There are words in here I don't think you understand, honestly.
Boop!

Conrad, Again facts without a link, here's a fact;
Regardless of what Ahnold signed in 2010 or who supported it, Proposition 47 DID NOT become law until after it was voted in by the voters in November 2014...so I renew my assertion that you lied when you made the above statement.

He literally signed those thresholds into law. The voters simply affirmed it four years later.
You looked it up, and now you know I'm right.
Rand Paul supported it, too.
Google. What a time to be alive!

Ouch!
Google also lets us know Prop 47 was supported by folks like Newt Gingrich.
Still have issues with it, or are those dwindling?
