Trump had no right to keep those documents. He willfully mishandled them and lied about their whereabouts. Is that not at least worthy of accountability in a court of law?
Or is it just that Cannon sees Smith's appointment as the real proble.?

I guess that will nullify most of the Trump Administration since many of those in the cabinet and other appointees were "acting" and were not approved by Senate.
That pesky Appointment Clause really is going to make things curious.

The MAGATS are crowing and what are the DumDems doing? Absolutely phuggin nothin. s still can't see where this all is going, you've had ten freakin years and you still haven't opened your eyes. Can you reconcile yourselves to this country being under a fascist dictatorship indefinitely? Cos once the orange mutant gets in he aint coming out except to hand over the reins to one of his toxic spawn. Trump knew from the beginning that his appeal was only to the worst elements of society and no one realized how numerous those elements were, and neither did I. Neither did I until 2014 and that's when I woke up, and that's when you DumDems should have also woken up. You've had ten years to smell the coffee, you're all that decent folk have got (unfortunately) between freedom and total disaster. I hope like hull it's not too late, if it aint our time's almost out!
