You are right Adam, look at some of the movie stars and how they don't age. They had lots of information on the web at one time, hard to find anything now. Lot of the movie stars tell you whats going on, Mel Gibson for one. Isaac Kappy was one and die young. If they don't get their stuff they age fast and look terrible.
