Politics do not belong in churches unfortunately in the Bible Belt they're full of Sunday Christian/MAGATS. If Jesus is aware of what these "Christians" say and do in his name I'm sure that the phrase: "and Jesus wept" would apply. In fact, right now if he is aware of the "principles" that many of these so called Christians support he would be weeping copiously.
