I'm not reading your Russian propaganda site, but here's a real article on it...


He was going to be deported to Venezuela. As you will recall, Trump gave carte blanc asylum to all Venezuelans, which Biden continued. Because of this, the immigration judge agreed with his asylum request and that he should not be deported until he had an immigration trial.

It's unfortunate that there was an altercation later in which a cop was shot, but that has nothing to do with his asylum.
