The first criminal case should be when obama, in the line of duty bombed and killed an American citizen in the middle east.

If Trump gets in (God forbid) there will be no future elections. He will use the powers that the DumDems are handing him on a silver platter to hand down his dictatorship to his heirs. I don't know what title he will assume, Der Fuhrer, Il Duce. Generalissimo or even King, will go to Donald Jr. or Eric. My money's on Eric he's the most obnoxious of the two.

Trump's fraud had nothing to do with "official purposes," so there's no reason why it would be overturned.

Same goes for his two charges for election interference and for mishandling classified documents.

Acumen, it has always been there and now it has made the law of the land thanks to liberals. Is this really what you wanted? A democrat president being charged in Florida or Texas over a policy dispute. Should Biden be charged for paying off student loans after being told by the courts he couldn't ? Or last week giving half million immigrants legal status he had no authority? How about Obama in the fast and furious when one of the guns resulted in the death of a federal law enforcement officer. As Justice Roberts stated, the government was in such a rush to prosecute Trump, they didn't wait to see or get a ruling as to if it was in his official capacity. The decision should have been 9-0 but three justices wanted to deal with what ifs and making law. Liberals want the courts to make laws, not interpreted them
