Does anyone know of an anti-union worker that refused to accept the pay raise, additional benefits or improved working conditions that a union brought about?

I don't think you know what a union is. I know you don't know what unions have done for you.

Gee, they only want a 77% increase in pay. I was around union workers often during my working years. Almost across the board they were lazy, arrogant, and generally an undesirable bunch.
In a word... SCUM.

DB,you nailed it!!

How does Trump's shmoozing the unions pretending he's on the side of blue-collar workers, fit into this scenario? The MAGATS will have to spin themselves like a dirndl to reconcile this enigma.

The U.S. Maritime Alliance, the group negotiating for the ports, said both sides did budge from their initial positions. The alliance offered 50% raises over the six-year life of the contract. Comments from the union's leadership had briefly suggested a move to 61.5%, but the union has since signaled that it's sticking with its initial demand for a 77% pay increase over six years. - AP

North Carolina is not a union supporting state now and probably never will be. However you would think decent people in union supporting states would be alarmed to see such calloused cruelty

I predict the Democrat Labor Unions will not have good results from pinching people when they are down. It is not a good PR move to see a split screen of desperate thirsty, hungry homeless victims on one side and shouting arrogant extortioners threatening them on the other side of the screen. Maybe a sincere desire on their part but extremely bad timing. All to whip up the base
