Haven't you admitted to being sexually abused by an older straight woman as a kid? You know first hand that there's a pervasive culture of sexualizing teens and children in our society REGARDLESS of sexual orientation and you choose to ignore it. To act as if there is no culture of straight people sexualizing children and teens is insane and completely misrepresents reality. This article making a fuss about older gay men being called "daddies" as if straight people don't do the exact same thing? You're willfully ignorant because you want so badly to demonize a group of people you don't like you're willing to excuse your own history of victimhood? This article also completely disregards the reasons why gay and trans kids are more vulnerable to abusive situations and wind up on the streets or involved in sex work. Things like the stigma of their sexuality or being disowned by their families and kicked out of their homes as teens. These same things happen to young straight women's without money, families or support systems. There will always be predictors that prey on the vulnerable. Gay teens happen to be a vulnerable population (especially 10-50 years ago) because of the way they are outcast by their families.
