There is no exception in 2A about felons or anything else. All that crap has been added by scum politicians. Jefferson said no free man shall be debarred the use of arms. Someone locked up obviously wouldn't have one. I'd rather shoot dead an armed man and he'd have his chance. Life and freedom is risk. So be it.

I completely agree.
And I believe that he should be given the same sentence as anyone else that's convicted of this crime. His proximity to an elected official doesn't make him special.

If Trump had not let thousands of terrorists out of prison and handed Afghanistan over to the Taliban, there would not have been any need for an evacuation. Trump's decision to throw the Afghans under the orange bus (just like he did the Syrian Kurds) precipitated the whole bloody mess. Trump owns the Afghan debacle lock, stock and barrel!

Trump signed an agreement to get out. That is not the problem. The problem was the planning of how that withdrawal would happen. That is all on Biden. Trump would never had left the equipment. He would have destroyed it before leaving . He would have gotten out individuals that helped soldiers. Biden's administration screws up everything they do. Exactly like the border. After saying for over 3 1/2 years , he could not do anything about the border, now he is changing his policy. But all an illegal has to say is that they are scared and they can still come into this country. Could be 10 Million people that have crossed our border. Exactly who will be paying for their care? They are getting free food and housing and Americans are going homeless. Where are the priorities of this administration? It is certainly not the American people.
