Well little sow, that is a multiple choice answer. 1. choose not to be driving a stolen car. 2. choose not to break into an 81 year old woman's home 3. choose not to shoot at said 81 year old woman 4, choose to stop when the popo gives you the blue light special

Are you arguing, then, that the hospital should have let him die based on his juvenile criminal record and because they didn't "think" he would take his medicine?

Another source gives a little more information: Tuesday afternoon, Stokes died after a stolen vehicle he was driving jumped a curb, hit a pedestrian and collided with a pole in a car chase with police
The transplant allowed him to "live a second chance. Get a second chance and do things I want to do," Yes we see the things he wanted to do.
