If they get raped in a men's prison because they dress like a girl it's their own doing.
That's not the case, though... they're all in the same prison uniform, so it has nothing to do with their clothing. It's that transgender women are going to act like... well, women.
Your statement is very much like the victim-blaming sentiment... "if she didn't want to be raped she wouldn't be wearing sexy clothes."

It was their choosing to commit a crime that ended them in prison. All they should get is three squares and a cot in a prison designated for their birth sex. If they get raped in a men's prison because they dress like a girl it's their own doing.

I disagree. You have your perception of what's right, but in a free country there's no law that everyone has to agree with you.
Mikey would argue that you are just as wrong as a transgender person because you don't go to church on Saturday. Whose perception of right or wrong gets to dictate the laws?
Penis carrying people in male prisons, non penis carrying people in women's prisons.
Even when that policy results in a 900-1300% increase in violent rape?
This woman is a good example... repeatedly and violently raped for 23 years...
Do you think that repeated rape for 23 years is a fair punishment for a crime?
Then there's the argument that people born male Are naturally stronger so is it fair to people born female to have stronger murders housed with them. Follow the science and don't say men aren't stronger. I don't necessarily agree. I know plenty of men that I'm sure I could whip!  And pound for pound, remember that transgender Olympic athletes didn't really fare well against the natural-born women...
But with almost 5,000 transgender people in prison, I don't really understand why we haven't built a trans-only prison? I read that the Louisiana State Penitentiary houses 6,300 prisoners, so it doesn't seem like a stretch to build one prison for trans men and another for trans women. That would be safer for everyone, and would still protect the prisoners' rights.

It is just that: a black and white problem. No, race is not involved, The black and white is what we refer to as right and wrong. There is no gray area but that is where the confused people like Anti live and struggle. You know, I know and everyone else knows it will be dependent on tax money.

That's complicated... she was imprisoned at 16, and is now 27. She didn't exactly have a chance to prove living as a woman before going to prison. And after a lifetime, it's not exactly a surprise that she would develop an intimate relationship with the other women.
Essentially, a lesbian with a penis...
And the impregnated women did say it was a consensual relationship...
I guess there's not really a black-and-white solution to this problem. It's not fair for someone to get gang raped daily (a 2007 study found that transgender people were 13 times more likely to be sexually assaulted in prison), but it's not necessarily fair for the natural-born women to be in prison with someone that has a penis, either.

But what you have here is someone that identifies as a woman and acts like a woman... in a men's prison. That's an invitation for gang rape on a daily basis, so at the very least I would think that she... with a proven record of living as a woman... should be in a women's prison.

I would agree to her right to the surgery, but not to the state or federal government being required to pay for it. There are some things, like breast cancer exams for a transgender male, that I think would be different, but not an otherwise elective transgender surgery.
I can't find where anything has said that the government would be financially responsible for it, though. If they did then that would set a VERY dangerous precedent... all transgender people would make a point to get arrested so that they could get a free surgery!
