The Foothill Free Medical Clinic provides FREE medical and chiropractic care to anyone in need on the 2nd Saturday of every month. We provide care to adults and children on a first come first treated basis. No appointments needed. Come to the Wilkes Country Crossroads Shopping Plaza Unit #6 along Highway 421 in Wilkesboro (near Cagney restaurant). New patients seen between 8:30 - 10:00 am and existing patients until 12:00. No payment accepted for any chiropractic care or medical services. Next Climic is Saturday October 12th, 2024.
