This is totally wrong. Designated sections of the busiest roads in some cities have this in place. Definitely doesn't apply to a big area.

By looking at the map of the roads they cover in peak traffic areas Wilkes county 421 is not one of them.

Pretty sure it only applies to interstates in major city's.

Learned today.. in NC the NC DOT division has FREE HWY roadside that's paid by state funding.

Call *47 and they are dispatched.

They change tires, batteries, gas, flip cars from wreck etc and will even take you to get a new tire and put it on if needed!
