No one knows who wrote it, it has been interpreted and reinterpreted many times over and edited and redacted countless times. So, even if we knew who wrote it, we will never know what it stated in its original format. Anyone could write a book (with some exceptions) and regardless of its contents anyone could read it and say this is the word of God. Why d'ye think all these holy joes put so much emphasis on faith? God forbid that someone should use logic and question the Biles veracity.

His name was Joseph. He went to Pilate and asked for Jesus' body. Pilate granted his request. Joseph took the body and wrapped it in clean linens, put it in his own tomb, a new tomb only recently cut into the rock, and rolled a large stone across the entrance. Then he went off. But Mary Magdalene and the other Mary stayed, sitting in plain view of the tomb.
62-64 After sundown, the high priests and Pharisees arranged a meeting with Pilate. They said, "Sir, we just remembered that that liar announced while he was still alive, 'After three days I will be raised.' We've got to get that tomb sealed until the third day. That's what Christians believe, but only 'cause that's what the Bible says.
Matthew 28 verse 1 is paraphrased in "The Message" as: "After the Sabbath, as the first light of the new week dawned, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to keep vigil at the tomb."
Luke 24 verse 1 is paraphrased in "The Message" as: " At the crack of dawn on Sunday, the women came to the tomb carrying the burial spices they had prepared."
Mark 16 stars off like this (as paraphrased in "The Message": When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so they could embalm him. Very early on Sunday morning, as the sun rose, they went to the tomb.
"The Message" even starts John 20 off like this: "Early in the morning on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and saw that the stone was moved away from the entrance."
Seems like the Forksters don't agree with the Bible. Or, at least our representative Forkster has issues with what is written.
