Both Hunter Biden and Deja Taylor, the mother of the 6-year-old boy who shot his teacher, face the same gun charge. One will go to prison, the other will not probably.

I can't find the sentences given for any of the people prosecuted, but I found references that the most common sentence is probation.
I couldn't care less, though... if he committed a crime, why would he get preferential treatment? Give him the same sentence anyone else would get!
