When it was Dodge City, I know the roof was falling in. The owners told me that it would cost over $1 million to repair, which is why they moved to the old Ruby Tuesday instead.
If anyone moves in, they'll probably just use that small dining room / bar on the right. But the electric bill will still be extremely high, so they'll have to get a TON of business to survive.

Looks like someone has been doing some work inside. Quite a few cars there yesterday and what's weird is there's a small Dons Chargrill sign out front. Anyway I think that's what it said. My eyes aren't what they once were.
