Why did the Biden administration state the border was secured until recently?

What happen to the migrants that were picked up by border patrol? They were giving them court dates for 2032.
If they request asylum then they're given an asylum court date. We do not have enough judges, though, and the average wait is over 4 years...
This is not new, though. We had a backlog of 31,000 pending asylum cases in 2018, and at the time the rate of asylum applications had more than tripled in 5 years...
Tell us why the mayor of New York is saying no more. The governor of New York. What about Chicago? These are democrats that are saying we can't take any more.
This is a different story, and one we've discussed at length in the past.
Texas is given billions of dollars by the federal government to process and house immigrants. Abbot has been acting criminally, though, by taking the money but then shipping the immigrants to other cities. Lesser people think it's great, but others recognize that he's committing fraud and human trafficking in an attempt to make a political statement.
Why did the Biden administration go after Texas so hard to no avail? Texas has taken security of their own border. In addition to the fraud and human trafficking, he was also acting illegally by trying to build a wall on land that didn't belong to him. You see, a criminal governor doesn't have the authority to pit the United States in a war... especially one that we can't possibly win.

After the mayor of NY said no more the FBI came in and started investigating him. He hasn't said no more since. Did the FBI ever give his phone back ? Tributt you are living on stolen land quite whining about stolen land and give yours to an immigrant and leave the country.

Texas has taken security of their own border. Now go talk to some border patrol agents and discuss your facts with them, then come back and tell us.

Trump's going to take us to war with Mexico again if they don't pay for the wall. The last time we went to war with Mexico we stole 1/3 of her territory. Had we not done so this present situation would probably not exist.

Further, about 97.8% of missing children are found...
This means that Biden's policies have results in fewer missing children, and they've found the wide majority of them. Proving both of your statements to be wrong.

They immediately complied. That was easier than what Trump told them would happen if they didn't .

Biden's policies have stopped about 4 times as many border jumpers as Trump's...
ICE has arrested more people under Biden than under Trump... 36,619 to 53,766 in 2023...
The time between arrest and deportation is much faster under Biden...
Deportations have also increased under Biden... 39,149 to 57,021 in 2023...
Is it only Russian propaganda that makes people believe that undocumented immigration is worse under Biden? Or is there another reason for the unsubstantiated belief?
