1. Pick his podium
2. Pick the order of answering questions
It's common knowledge that being last to answer is important in making the best impression. So obviously team Biden would choose that right? NOPE!
Instead, they chose the podium position. Who has ever even heard of such a weird ultimatum for a debate? CNN is in on it!
