Generally speaking it's pretty positive, but again, a second moon could possibly either overload the emotional well being and balance of those born during this time and overloads such as this at birth usually last a lifetime.
So in other words, depending on when someone is born during this time and the position of both moons, can determine how they will be affected, just hard to say.

Considering it's small and will make only one orbit...I would venture to lean toward a disruption in energy, I'm speaking of our personal energy. Sort of like a retrograde does, disrupting a smooth flow of energy for a period of time. true retrograde energies can be felt by all, whether they admit that is what is going on or not!

Im kinda wondering how our government can detect a rock millions of miles from earth but can't detect a slow moving weather balloon traversing the US.

Earth is getting a second moon-at least for a little while. This moon will come in the form of a small asteroid that will make precisely one orbit around the Earth before it begins its journey back through other parts of our solar system.
