Speedway in Lenoir was down to 2.05 last night. Just up the road the Quality Mart on 18 North was 2.19 :'(

Is it dropping yet ?

It needs to drop quickly in time for the Memorial Day price wars between the gas stations

2.03 at Murphy in Elkin last night.

We need to stop buying from all the Speedway stores. They are one of the new ones in NC trying to raise the prices for profit. I had a manager at one of their stores tell me that it was Speedway's policy to raise their prices at random, and if no other stations went up they would go back down the next morning. Look at the price of Diesel on 2nd street hill at the 2 speedways 2.59 per gal. 2.05 at the Speedway on 421. 54 cents difference They are robbing the people of Wilkes. We had bad enough with the cartel of Wilkes before Speedway moved in and now they are adding "fuel to the flame"

A station in Wilkesboro was $2.25 today. Thats about sixty cents a gallon too high

Murphy in Elkin was 2.04 tonight. Got 52 mpg on my Civic hybrid that's 8 mpg more than the EPA rated it. Guess Murphy must be good.

$1.96 at Sheetz on Old Plank Rd in High Point.

$2.14 on Second Street. Thats about fifty cents a gallon too high

I suspect Lenoir is conspiring with Wilkes on price fixing :'(

We need Bermuda Run prices in Wilkes.

$1.85 at Lowes Foods and the Speedway in Bermuda Run; $1.82 at Sheetz.
