Since Gov. Cooper declared a state of emergency price gouging law is in effect for the next 45 days. If these hillbilly republicans charge too much for gas it could cost them:

I just talked to a friend of mine in South Texas. Valero has one refinery operating, the rest are shut down because of high water/no electricity

Valero gets their gas through the Colonial pipeline. It will be next week, at the earliest, before Colonial starts pumping petroleum again.

Lenoir was 2.25 yesterday. I saw some in Wilkes 20 cents higher. I'll stick with Lenoir LOL

Run In by Airport Road is $2.33 this morning. If the "experts" are right about a 20 cent increase, then Wilkes should see about $2.45. Everybody keep us posted on what prices you see, please.
