I try to get gas in the area I'm driving, and rely on these posts to find the cheapest area.

Everywhere is $3.49 right now
What I dont get is, why do people buy gas at Valero or Murphy if gas at BP is the same price?

Murphy on 421 was $2.93 this evening. If it keeps dropping will Rumplickers give Joltin'Joe the credit?

While I appreciate the few cents gas prices are down, I wouldn't call $3 a gallon cheap.

With prices falling, will Rumplickers now be rushing out to the pumps to tear off those "I did that" stickers they have been vandalizing them with?

About once a week I go through this thread and update the actual Gas section with what you all post. As I did it today, on a whim I went to see what gas prices were in Wilkes on this day over the years.
2005 - $2.11

2016 - $2.15

Nothing was actually posted for December 11 in 2016 or 2020, so those are from the 10th and 13th, respectively.
