Oil might have dropped but it takes over a month to go through the system and get to the station tanks

$2.30/9 to $2.31/9 in Elkin today. Oil closed just a little over $45. a barrel. We here in Wilkes are still over the barrel.

I went down to Elkin this AM. Gas at Sheetzs was $2.40 and diesel was $2.32. Someone explan that. Diesel was also cheaper at Marithon across from Lowes.
