She needed life saving intervention and they refused. It wasn't a botched abortion it was a rare complication and the state she lived in let her die in fear of violating states anti abortion laws. All that your post implies is that since she received an abortion you think it's morally fine that she died and that she deserved it. Now her child has no mother.

I know y'all don't care what happens but the truth is lots of women are being affected by this. I have a friend who's actively trying to have a baby and had to have two non viable fetuses removed. Instead of just being able to schedule the procedure she had to jump through a bunch of hoops and deal with red tape and spend an extra week walking around with the dead remain of what shed hole would be her children sitting in her uterus. Not life threatening but not pleasant either.

u GOPers treat healthcare as if its a privilege to have.
