I don't care who you are or what you did if the State hides any type of evidence during your trial your case should be dismissed or overturned.

The original culprit in this tragedy was the Armorer for introducing live ammunition to the set.
The plan was to record Baldwin actually shooting another actor, per the script.
Baldwin effed that up when he displayed his failure to comprehend AND respect basic firearm safety.
By aiming AND discharging a firearm from this ignorance; pointing a gun at somebody AND pulling the trigger, is a voluntary action.
IF the targeted cast member was not in position for an action recording AND if Baldwin was not at his designated location per the script, then he meant to pull the trigger.
IF the cast was in place AND Baldwin pulled the trigger without knowing which ammunition the gun contained was a fatal mistake, the Armorer wanted it to happen.
The result of his stupidity is the tragedy.
