I fully intend to, Tilly. I just pray that your side can learn before the nation fully collapses.
I honestly doubt that it happens. Trump's plans will put us in an economic collapse that we simply can't recover from. But it's the only way that I can see us surviving, and I care more about the survival of the nation than I care about short term gains.

I've always been a left-leaning Independent. But at this point the nation has little chance of survival.
I hate to fall into the "I told you so" group, but I just don't see any way out of this without your side being forced to endure the problems that you've been begging to have.

The next dozen posts are going to be from Trumpsters crying, "Biden's great economy, you're crazy." Or more likely, "you're a liar." It's all nonsense, and don't get bogged down by it. They just can't understand.
That's why we need to teach them. Let them get exactly what they want for awhile.

In the next 3 or 4 elections, we all need to just suck it up and vote Republican.
Straight ticket. All the way from a Republican President down to a Republican dog catcher.
Here's what's going to happen... Trump is going to take the credit for Biden's great economy. There's no question, that's exactly what he did last time when he took credit for Obama's great economy.
But we know that Trump's tariffs are going to cause mass inflation, just like last time. And we know that his tax plan is going to make Social Security collapse by 2032... as was noted by the Tax Foundation.
If Democrats take the majority in 2026 or 2028, they will be the ones to take the blame for this. Because Republicans simply can't understand that economic policies take time to work or fail.
If American is even still a country in the next 4 years, we NEED to make sure that Republicans take responsibility for their actions for once. Stop letting them take credit for others' successes.
Let them reap what they sow for once.
Yes, it will suck that we have to suffer right along with them. But it's the only way to possibly save the nation. If it can be saved at all.
