Most presidents have VPs dumber than them. Notable exceptions:


1) GW Bush-Cheney ran the country, and is a genius when it comes to monetizing the industrial war complex.

2) Clinton--Feel like he and Gore were about on the same level

3) Reagan--GHW Bush was one of the most intelligent leaders our country has ever had.

4) John Adams--Brilliant man, but when Thomas Jefferson is your VP....that's a hard hill to climb.


That's all I have off the top of my head. I guess you could go with Teddy Rosevelt over McKinley, but as with Clinton/Gore, I think those two were about the same.
