No matter what the rules are, Harris is just going to cackle like a rabid hyena at the end of each sentence/response, because she can't stand on any accomplishments from her 3 1/2 years as VP, because she has none, but then again I haven't seen many VP's that have had many, or any accomplishments while in office. Al Gore comes to mind as the most ambitious former VP, trying to sell private citizens carbon credits, good try and extremely hilarious.

Yeah, that's it, that is why Joe Biden seemed so foolish at the last debate. Really he is just what Nancy Pelosi and Kamala Harris said " He is at the top of his game". However a month later and 10 minutes into the debate they flip flopped
