Cooper's Lt Governor is a Republican
Half of Cooper's elected cabinet positions is held by a Republican
The State Senate is a majority Republican
The State House of Representatives is a majority Republican
Brag on Cooper if you like, we know who really deserves your praise...Republicans.

Wow, go Gov Cooper! He has done a good job in NC.
Metal, there are a Lot of people who don't like Trump, so I don't think you could say that it's rigged if he doesn't win! The US has one of the most secure election systems in the world.
