I had no idea, but... transgender women can lactate no differently from those assigned female at birth. Everyone has the hormones responsible for milk production (prolactin) and milk ejection (oxytocin), it's just the testosterone that suppresses it in men.

Inhibit the testosterone and it's no longer suppressed.

Not a healthy thing, anyway. You might as well feed a baby used motor oil as that chemical c*cktail that will be coming out of a trannies tatas. I hate to see the health side effects this creates in future generations.
