Eighteen-year-old Carlos Roberto-Diaz is charged with murder, five counts of attempted murder and several other felonies after allegedly shooting at four different people over a 30-minute period early Tuesday morning. An unnamed 16-year-old was also arrested.

The two are accused of riding around in a car shooting at people at random. They fired at at least four people, killing 64-year-old Mustaffa Mohammed at an intersection in north Charlotte. A person on a bicycle was also hit but was not killed.
