opinion is irrelevant here

Only 17% of those polled said that Trump's newest conviction would make them less likely to vote for Trump.
As I said... if they didn't care about a rape convic... err, "liability," then they don't care about fraud. As the man himself said, he could shoot a man on 5th Avenue and not lose any voters.

Truthfully, it just doesn't matter.
He was found liable for rape, no one cared. Nobody is going to care about fraud. If anything, he'll go up in the polls! Because he does what his followers are thinking about doing...
If he actually IS found guilty, tribune is right... he'll just appeal it. Those usually take 6 months, and by then he'll either be in office... or Biden will. Or he'll have Alzheimer's. Or he'll just be dead of old age. Either way, if he's still alive then the next president will be obligated to pardon him.
It's all just... theater.

The two attorneys on the jury have the ability to sway other jurors one way or the other. It really matters if they care more about the rule of law or political party.

By far most people already know who they are supporting. The resultsv of this trial may have very little impact on the election. If Trump is found guilty, he will appeal.

They also want to listen to 30 minutes of testimony and the judge and attorneys are trying to figure out how. Will the court reporter read it or will they do play back on a computer and if they use a computer they have to disable the wifi.
