False. Biden inherited a terrible economy, but his policies have gotten it back under control. Remember that Trump raised the national debt to an all time high even before COVID, and his failure to respond to COVID properly caused a Debt to GDP Ratio of over 130%! That was a near record high, and the source of all of the subsequent economic problems. But Biden has lowered the Debt to GDP Ratio at a record rate, and the economy is doing great because of it.
