True. The minimum sentence is probation and the maximum sentence is 4 years for each count. The most likely sentence for anyone else would be prison concurrently for each count, so 4 years total... but this is Trump. You're right, he'll get a slap on the wrist.
It's not physically possible for him to go to prison, and it would cost us a huge amount of money. We've lost enough due to Trump's failures, we don't need to keep losing more! If Biden wins in November then there's a good chance he'll pardon him, if only to prevent a precedent.
