The current inflation rate is 3.4%, which is near perfect. The goal is always 3%, so this is far from "raging."
Blinken is the Secretary of State, and is presenting his budget to Congress "for his department and the Agency for International Development."
That has nothing to do with Biden, or the US Mint.

This is an example of the GOP policy of "accuse them of what we do."
Biden did no such thing... but Trump did. It was one of his first orders as President, and his director of the White House National Economic Council was "astounded at Trump's lack of basic understanding."
Trump's supporters can't justify this, so they do all they know how to do... lie and say that Biden did it.
