How does $800.00 per month for a broken down double wide in an area that has become an unauthorized dumping area with no paved roads grab ya? The landlords can charge whatever they want. At the end, it's up to the renter if they want to sign the lease/contract...

Bidenomics has caused the housing shortage in the first place. Now, they want to control the landlords because of their policies.

I own rental property in another state. Even with no mortgage payments I haven't had a positive cash flow in three years. Insurance, property taxes, and maintenance are killing me.

Will commie Harris send me the money I'm losing every year?
HOw much are you charging? What is your yearly tax bill? What is your yearly insurance bill? How much are you spending on upkeep, and on what? How much do you charge monthly?

I think as long as you are upfront about your costs, per month, then making a 20% profit on that outlay is justifiable. Especially if your property is desirable, and not a slum.
