Management can always hide behind the excuse that this bogus thread has not been reported and their need to verify any report before they can act.
One on the list stands out as currently being held in our wonderful new jail awaiting sentencing after recently being convicted for theft for the umpteenth time. He has hit the lotto and will draw at least two years.
