I have to admit, I did have a dessert one time with pineapples and cheddar that was delicious! I wish I could remember the recipe...

Yes I have tried it and I think it's good. I also like fresh apple slices with cheese.

My grandmother made homemade apple pie with a cheese slice on top back in the 60's and 70's. It was delicious.
