Netflix stock started the year at $470.26... it's currently $717.76.


Hastings made that statement on July 22, when their value was $647.50. It dipped to $598.55 on August 5, then was back to $648.02 by August 13. And it kept climbing after that.

I wish someone had told me about this boycott, I could have made a lot of money! Who are we boycotting next?

The day after President Joe Biden dropped out of the election, Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings made a mistake. "Congrats to Kamala Harris - now it is time to win," he posted on X.

It subsequently came out that Hastings had donated $7 million to the vice president's campaign, and days later, on July 26, Netflix had its highest rate of cancellations all year. -- Washington Examiner
