Hey antZtok, coulda YOU tell us why YOU feel your factoid spinstraction has anything to do with Fisher declaring bankruptcy?

Now see, I thought it would have been obvious!

The government gives loans and subsidies to fossil fuel vehicles worth about 150 times what they give to EVs. And then everyone seems shocked that the EVs aren't competitive.

Even Tesla was given 9 times the subsidies that Fisker was given. And then everyone seems shocked that Fisker wasn't able to compete.

No one can compete when the government is funding the competition.

How many EV charging stations have been installed with the billions that's a-B.

False. Which you already know.

It's true that the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law allocated $7.5 billion for states to work with the DOT and Dept. of Energy to build charging stations...

But if the states haven't built them yet... then they haven't gotten the money. And, of course, the Republican states are the ones refusing to do anything, regardless of what the population wants.

Also... the US has about 180,000 chargers, but it's estimated that we'll need 1.2 million by 2030.

Antithesis is right the taxpayer is paying for a lot of junk that does not work in the real world. How many EV charging stations have been installed with the billions that's a-B.

Are we all agreeing on the same thing? The government is throwing money down a rat hole to ruin our country?

Im sure the same thing was said about radios and TV.

The broader issue here is the folks that want an EV have bought one and a healthy percentage of those folks are switching back to normal vehicles next time around.

Using made up stories to guilt people into a change only works on some folks. And only so long on them.

PedoFlakey seems happy about a company failing, folks losing their jobs. You go flakey!

Has an auto maker ever failed in the US before? Shocking.

It's a sad sign of desperation that someone would think that facts are an "irrelevant spintraction" from what they're hoping to make people believe...

EV Fail: Fisker, Once Promoted by Joe Biden, Joins the List of Electric Vehicle Bankruptcies

Fisker, once considered a competitor of Tesla in the EV market, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, seeking to restructure its debt and sell assets in an effort to salvage its operations.

Reuters reports that the EV market has proven to be a challenging landscape for many companies, with Fisker becoming the latest to succumb to the pressures of weakening demand, fundraising difficulties, and supply chain issues. The company, founded by automotive designer Henrik Fisker, joins the ranks of Proterra, Lordstown, and Electric Last Mile Solutions, all of which have filed for bankruptcy in the past two years.
