Does anyone have a map of what 421 is going to look like when it's completed?

That's the game... he put in a low big to get the contract, then he pads it over time while citing complications.
We've all seen it a thousand times.

Just be grateful they're not filling the area with 4 way stop signs and roundabouts...
No that's not how road construction works Bidders were provided with a set of plans that were drawn up buy engineers and designers. The contractors bid to build the road as designed and don't have the authority to change or add anything. If anything needs to be changed or added it must go back to the engineers and designers who will come up with the new design and issue a change order and its not a quick process. If it cost them more than the bid they are SOL unless the states agrees to a change order but there is no padding after the contract is signed and awarded.

It took almost a year for the design change and approval for my driveway when 221 was built.

The 268 job was a mess. Took years longer than it was supposed to and probably cost millions over budget.

Government can't do anything right.
