The floating pier was built by the US military, designed to help them bring in humanitarian aid. It was intended to be temporary.

Strong winds and heavy seas recently damaged it.

It's being repaired, and the repair should be done next week.

It's just not that big of a deal, but of course the GOP has to desperately cling on to whatever they can at this point. Don't look at the rapist and fraudster they have running, just looking at this pier that got damaged in a storm! All Biden's fault!!
