That is one of the problems I have living alone. It is difficult to prepare meals for one person. I either have a great deal of waste or need to eat a lot of leftovers. I suppose I can learn to make just two catheads but i don't know if the flour sifter will go along with it or not!

1 whole apple, or 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 Tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

Optional, 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Which would technically make it a 4 ingredient chocolate cake

Put it all in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the batter in a small baking dish. You can add some toppings if you want, to make it a 5 ingredient cake...

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 210.

When it's done, put it in the fridge for 4 minutes, then eat immediately!

All organic with no added sugar, and the whole thing is about 225 calories...
