I paid my rent on time and already bought my first and currently only home which is now paid for free and clear, can I get $25,000 also...I think we all know the answer. This is exactly like Biden's college debt forgiveness pitch...Democrats out and out buying votes.

No, just more Russian propaganda...

Harris's campaign has said her proposal would provide up to $25,000 in down payment assistance to first-time homebuyers who paid their rent on time for two years. There is no evidence the program would be limited to people whose parents and siblings haven't owned a home.
